Then, Ariana faced Lee for the Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational title, which was equally claimed by Lee. Also, in July 2014, Ariana was with Naomi Natalya Eva Marie Rosa Mendes Summer Rae to take against Nikki Bella for a 6-on-1 handicap game. However, she was there only to attack Nikki Bella as well as Naomi. The Battleground preview gave her a fight with Naomi. Ariana beat Naomi in the match. In the end, their rivalry began.
